Electrode paste manufacturing includes such production processes as medium crushing and screening, grinding, batching, kneading and molding cooling.
① Medium crushing screening
The project is equipped with a medium crushing and screening system for calcined anthracite. The calcined anthracite is fed by electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and then sent to a double-layer horizontal vibrating screen and a single-layer horizontal vibrating screen by belt conveyor and bucket elevator. After screening, the materials with particle size greater than 10mm are returned to the intermediate bin, and then fed by electromagnetic vibrating feeder to the double roller crusher. Re sieving after medium crushing. 10-6mm and 6-3mm grain size materials can be directly into the corresponding batching bin, or can be returned to the double roller crusher to be finely crushed to less than 3mm, which is convenient for flexible production adjustment.
There are 3 kinds of particle size materials, i.e. 10-6mm, 6-3mm, 3-0mm. In addition to the materials of 6-3mm and 3-0mm directly entering the batching bin, some materials are sent to the pulverizer for grinding into powder.
The raw and crushed materials are directly transported to the raw and crushed material bin for use by belt conveyor and bucket elevator after being crushed to the particle size below 20mm in two stages in the treatment section.
In order to ensure the compactness of the electrode paste product, a certain proportion of powder (about 45%) needs to be added to fill the gap between the granules during the production of the electrode paste. The main source of powder is the calcined anthracite dust, calcined petroleum coke and coke powder collected by the dust collection system, which are crushed into powder by the pulverizer.
Four 6r4427 pendulum mills [or Raymond mills] are used for grinding.
