We saw a problem of premature heat generation of sintered electrodes in an inquiring nickel-iron alloy factory. Our engineers analyzed the following reasons:
1. The overall volatile content of the electrode paste is too high, and the sintered electrode of the electrode paste does not emit heat prematurely. At this time, pay attention to the volatile content of the finished product when preparing the electrode paste. The ratio of raw materials should be adjusted.
2. The electrode paste is of poor quality. The general calcined coal should be used for electric forging coal, which leads to too high electrical resistance and the strength of the electrode paste sintered electrode cannot be reached.
